We’ll work with you to get your data across as soon as possible, so you can start using Steps.
Yes. Most nursery systems (and spreadsheets) can export to CSV. We handle the mapping and load your existing children, parents and bookings into Steps as part of onboarding, so you don’t retype anything.
Yes. Training is included in setup. We walk your team through the parts they’ll use day-to-day (registers, bookings, invoicing) and answer questions by email whenever they come up.
Yes. You can set up funding rules (funded hours, funding rates, supplements), sibling discounts, holiday discounts and one-off custom fee items.
Yes. You can cancel any time; the service ends at the end of the current paid month, no notice period. On request we’ll provide a CSV export of all your data and PDFs of your invoices from the last 12 months.
Yes. Steps is hosted in AWS’s UK region (London), with encrypted connections (TLS), role-based access, hashed passwords, a private-network database and automated daily backups. Steps Systems Limited is registered with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO registration ZC226175).
